Research on the Evaluation and Prediction of the Operation Efficiency of China's Science and Technology Business Incubators

Based on the division of three major economic regions in east, middle and west, operational efficiency science technology incubators 31 provinces (cities) from 2010 to 2019 is analyzed by DEA-BCC model, development trend next six years their contribution GDP are predicted using grey model GM (1,1). It concluded that while giving consideration fairness, we should pay attention total allocation scientific technological resources between eastern, central western improve allocation, promote high-tech late-developing regions, accurately allocate stabilize regional development.
